We believe the Church flourishes when women and men serve side by side, each reflecting the fullness of God’s image. Gather Women creates spaces for formation, collaboration, and collective impact — calling women to rise as whole and faithful leaders in their everyday lives.

Equip

Gather Women equips women with the tools, teaching, and formation needed to lead from wholeness and wisdom. We believe leadership starts on the inside — rooted in identity, strengthened by Scripture, and lived out in courage.
We equip through:
The Studio — a nine-month leadership cohort forming women for impact.

Mobilize
Step out. Influence where you are.
Gather Women mobilizes women to take their place in God’s mission — in the Church, the workplace, the community, and beyond. We champion women who are shaping a more whole and hopeful Church.
We mobilize by:
Partnering with churches and networks to support women’s leadership.
Sharing stories of women whose faith and courage are transforming their world.
