Gather Wholeness: Worship That Is Breathtaking

Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe... Hebrews 12:28

Gather Wholeness - Worship

So often we hear that word and only picture a 20 minute set of songs in church on Sunday and while music is a powerful and meaningful method - there is more to be experienced in true worship.

It can happen in a moment, perhaps the most everyday moment, where we pause and sink deep into the truth of God's grace, uninhibited as we experience our Father in a deeper and more meaningful way.

In joy or in sorrow, in silence or crying out, worship is less about what we are doing and more about a posture of our heart. It can make the most fleeting moment feel like it carries the weight of eternity as we lose ourselves in reverent adoration of our God and King. And when it happens - it is breathtaking .

So let's reflect on God, His grace and majesty and ask Him to more fully open our hearts to be able to offer acceptable worship to the King of Kings.

Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe... Hebrews 12:28
